Brimhay is a joint initiative with South Devon Rural Housing Association and Rural Homes Limited. South Devon Housing needed to redevelop an existing housing scheme they have in Dartington. The redevelopment meant demolishing 18 bungalows and replacing them with a mix of open market homes for sale along with social housing to replace some of the units to be demolished.
