Refurbishment – Project Managed by RHL.

Rural Homes recently completed the full refurbishment of a property in Totnes. The property was purchased so that the family could move out in to a larger property to suit the needs of the family. The family required a larger property suitable for adaptations which were needed to meet the needs of their disabled son.

The property was a three bedroom, one bathroom property requiring full renovation. Plumbing, gas supply in, full rewiring, new kitchen, new first floor bathroom, full gas central heating and the relocation of the incoming electricity supply. Further to that a large deck was formed for outside living. A fourth bedroom and large downstairs shower room was formed on the ground floor. The property was redecorated throughout with extensive re-plastering. Quality components were used throughout including:

Solid Oak worktops and doors, ceramic tiled floors in bathrooms and kitchen, engineered oak flooring in dining area. Smeg range cooker, quality shower and tap fittings. Extensive clearance of the garden with some landscaping.

The property was sold at above asking price within a week by Fulfords Totnes.
